Important

This is not a course

Nothing here is self-study, and there's no video library to binge. Every session is delivered live, one-to-one, by an AI trainer from our team, built entirely around your business.

  • One-to-one with a real A&O trainer, not a chatbot or a recording.
  • Fully customized to your team, your tools, and your goals.
  • Live and hands-on, in person or over video, using your own work.

Prices are a guide for planning. Because every curriculum is custom, we'll confirm exact scope and cost on a short call. The grant reimburses 50% of the training cost to a maximum of $10,000, and depends on eligibility, which we'll help you check.

Where most teams start

Start with the art of the possible

Most teams have heard endlessly about AI, but have no idea what it actually means for their business, or where to begin. The most common, and most valuable, place to start is a plain-language "art of the possible" session.

We come in, virtually or in person, and show your team what today's AI can realistically do for a business like yours, using your own work as the examples. No jargon, no hype, no doom. People leave knowing exactly where to start.

A typical session coversโ€ฆ

  • What AI genuinely can and can't do for a business like yours
  • The highest-value, lowest-risk places to start
  • Hands-on time with practical tools, on your real tasks
  • Getting value from AI features already built into software you own
  • A clear, confident first step to take the Monday after

Good news on cost

Up to $10,000 back through grant funding

For eligible Ontario businesses, a provincial grant program reimburses 50% of your training cost, up to a $10,000 maximum. Cost is rarely the real barrier for the teams we work with, clarity and confidence are.

1

Scope

A short call to confirm the training fits your business and that you're eligible. No guessing, no wasted time.

2

Get approved

You submit a short application, and we help you draft and tighten it. Approval comes through before any training begins, so your funding is locked in first.

3

Train

Once approved, we deliver the custom training, live and hands-on, in person or online.

4

Get reimbursed

You pay for the training, then file for reimbursement of 50%, up to the $10,000 grant.

Your funding is secured before training begins. Because the grant is approved up front, you're guaranteed to receive it, as long as you follow the scoped curriculum, your team attends the sessions, and our invoices are paid on time. You still cover the cost and file for reimbursement of 50% once training is delivered, but the approval itself is not a gamble.

This funding is the Future Ready program from CIT Innovation.

Eligibility

Is my business eligible?

The grant is built for established Ontario SMEs investing in their teams. As a rough guide, you're likely a fit if you're:

Not sure whether you qualify? That's the very first thing we check on the call, so you never sink time into an application that was never going to land.

  • An Ontario-based, for-profit business
  • Under 500 employees
  • Tied to a qualifying sector, agri-food and construction both qualify; ask us about yours
  • Looking for live training (in person or online), not a self-guided course
  • Investing enough for the grant to be worth the paperwork (typically $5,000+ of training)

Questions, answered

How the funding really works

Do I pay upfront?

Yes. You cover the training cost, then file for reimbursement once it's delivered. But your application is approved before training begins, so the reimbursement is secured, not a gamble, as long as you follow the plan.

Is the grant guaranteed?

Once your application is approved, which happens before any training starts, yes. You'll receive the grant as long as you follow the scoped curriculum, your team attends the sessions, and you pay our invoices on time.

How much can I get back?

50% of the training cost, up to a $10,000 grant. So on a $20,000 engagement you'd recover $10,000; on a $15,000 engagement, $7,500.

Can you help with the application?

Absolutely. We help you draft and refine the proposal question by question, and put together the statement of work. Most businesses aren't used to writing funding applications, so we make it painless.

What kind of training qualifies?

Live, hands-on AI training built around your business, and the "art of the possible" is the most common. Self-guided online courses don't qualify; it has to be delivered in person or virtually.

When does the training happen?

Over a few full days, or a couple of hours a week for six to eight weeks, depending on the format you choose. For the current grant, it needs to be delivered in August or September, so we recommend starting early.

Is this really free money?

No, and that's a good thing. It's a well-run program with real oversight and review. That's exactly why we vet fit up front and help you build a strong application, so your odds are as high as possible. It's the Future Ready program from CIT Innovation, and anyone eligible can apply directly.
